Under current EU laws bus, coach and large goods vehicle operators seeking an 'O' licence must show that they are professionally competent or employ someone as a transport manager who meets the legal requirement required.

What this means is an individual can only be professionally competent if they have passed the Road Haulage Transport Manager CPC examination set by the Education & Skills Group.
